          I was having difficulty activating my SpeedFix software after a hard drive crash caused a re-install. Jed came to my aid very quickly on a holiday weekend and we were able to resolve the problem with a single exchange of messages. Jed knew exactly what the problem was and how to correct it efficiently. Three cheers for SpeedFix support.

            I bought the program in march 2017

            I bought the program in march 2017. then it started asking for the activation key, I called the number they said to call, they want 200 dollars to fix my computer so that it would take the activation cod. Why would I spend 200 bucks to get a 26 dollar program to work, I will never buy another saft cart program, it is all a big scam

They do sell an extra service, but it is targeted to customers who have other existing issues beyond what SpeedFixTool can fix. This, however, is only optional and never obligatory.               Great support provided.

              Surprising now many things it finds and fixes. Support is great too, I had a problem with a dead HD and tried to install on a new laptop and they were very prompt and helpful in getting me up and running again.

                  I had a problem with a lost serial # for the Speed Fix Tool when my computer crashed.
                  The staff were very prompt getting back to me to resolve the problem, they remotely got back to my computer & fixed the problem. I would recommend this company to any one who might have doubts.

                                      SpeedFix Tool Supprt

                                      I had a hardware failure that required replacement of the motherboard and video card. SpeedFix Tool would not reinstall because the key had been used and the machine was seen as "different" because of the replaced hardware. I worked with Jed at customer support and explained all that was done to the machine. He offered remote support but after seeing what i had to do to get my pc back up and running, he gave me a fresh key so I could continue to use this awesome product.
