If virus scan doesn’t solve the problem, try resetting the windows socket.
1. Open start and type “cmd” in the search box. Press CTRL+Shift+Enter together to enter the Command prompt as an administrator.
2. A prompt will ask you to confirm if “you want to allow this program to make changes to this computer.” Click Yes.
3. After the command prompt opens, type “netsh winsock reset” and hit “Enter.”
4. Reboot your computer.
